PRIVATE EVENT

TIME OF THE PRIVATE EVENT: The time of the private event will be agreed upon separately and in writing on a case-by-case basis.

DURATION OF THE PRIVATE EVENT: The duration of the event is agreed upon in advance and in writing. If participants of the event are late, the length of the private event may be shortened.

RESCHEDULING: In the event of a conflict, the date of the event may be rescheduled if possible, at least 21 days before the event’s start. Roots cannot guarantee that rescheduling will be possible.

EQUIPMENT: The following equipment available on the premises can be used: mats, blocks, blankets, bolsters, and other yoga equipment.

FACILITY RENTAL

RENTAL TIME: The rental time will be agreed upon separately and in writing on a case-by-case basis. The rental period must include preparation and cleanup hours. A 15-minute grace period before and after the booking is allowed for previous occupants to leave and new ones to enter.

USE OF FACILITIES: If the facilities are used for photography or video purposes, the intended use of the images/videos must be discussed with Roots Tampere.

DAMAGES: The renter is responsible for fully compensating any damages caused to the premises or its furnishings during the rental period.

TRANSFER: The renter does not have the right to transfer this contract or sublet the rented facilities to a third party without the consent of the lessor.

PERSONAL PROPERTY: Items belonging to the renter that are stored on the premises are the responsibility of the renter and are not insured by Roots Tampere.

KEY: The key can be picked up on the rental day or the day before, following separately provided instructions. The key must be returned by leaving it in the place agreed upon separately. The renter is responsible for locking the premises and returning the keys at the end of the rental period. A separate fee will be charged for unreturned or lost keys. Losing the key may result in a liability to cover the costs of changing the locks.
