- The person in question takes part in Roots Helsinki’s event with their responsibility and takes care of their accident insurance. The partitioner signs up for and takes part in the event with their own will and with awareness of the overall risks. The event organizer is not in charge of any possible harm to the partitioner or their belongings.Â
- The event is designed for healthy persons able to exercise.
- The event is not designed to treat any physical or psychological condition, but to support overall well-being.
Terms of cancellation (courses and events)
- Signing up for an event, small group, or course is always binding and can not be canceled. By signing up, the partitioner agrees to pay for the event. If the event has a reservation fee, you will get a bill for the rest of the payment before the event. Not paying for the bill does not count as cancellation.
- In the case of an illness or other inability to participate, you can gift your spot to someone else.
- In the case of a force majeure or insufficient amount of attendees, the event organizer has the right to cancel the event. In this case, the attendees will be noticed as soon as possible. The event organizer is not responsible for possible charges or inconveniences due to the cancellation.
Terms of cancellation for events of over 24 hours (e.g. retreats)
- Signing up for an event of over 24 hours is always binding and can not be canceled. By signing up, the partitioner agrees to pay for the event. If the event has a reservation fee, you will get a bill for the rest of the payment before the event. Not paying for the bill does not count as cancellation.
- Cancellations over 48 hours before the event are only possible with a doctor’s note.
- In the case of cancellation within 48 hours of the event, the organizer has the right to charge 50% of the event’s total price.
- In the case of an illness or other inability to participate, you can gift your spot to someone else.
- In the case of a force majeure or insufficient amount of attendees, the event organizer has the right to cancel the event. In this case, the attendees will be noticed as soon as possible. Terms of cancellation for trainings (trainings longer than one weekend)
- Signing up for a training is always binding and can not be canceled.
- By signing up, the partitioner agrees to pay for the training.
- Upon signing up you will get a bill of the reservation fee that is to be paid for immediately.
- Before the training begins, you will get a bill for the rest of the payment. We may also tailor a payment plan for you.
- Not paying for the bill does not count as cancellation.
- Cancellations are only possible with a doctor’s note before training begins.
- In the case of a force majeure or insufficient amount of attendees, the event organizer has the right to cancel the event. In this case, the attendees will be noticed as soon as possible.
